TermoExpress Ireland is pleased to introduce the Schüco AWS 75.SI+ aluminum windows, a standard series that offers exceptional flexibility in selecting the desired thermal insulation level while ensuring a streamlined installation process through SimplySmart technology.

Since its initial release in 2005 as part of the Schüco AWS modular window system, the Schüco AWS 75.SI+ window has evolved into a standard series. To meet evolving regulatory requirements and enhance competitiveness in the market, this window has undergone optimizations, becoming more adaptable in terms of thermal insulation and easier to install with the incorporation of SimplySmart technology.

One significant improvement is the reduction of the heat transfer coefficient Uf by an additional 0.1 W/(m²K) to Uf = 1.2 W/(m²K) (with an external frame width of 117 mm), eliminating the need to change the installation depth and ensuring efficient mass production.

In addition to enhanced thermal insulation flexibility, the assembly process is critical in this series, utilizing the central gasket and insulation of the glazing rebate. Various assembly systems, including a vulcanized sealing frame and subway seal with ready-made corners, have been supplemented with an additional option – a peripheral central seal. Moreover, the use of ready-made corners has simplified the insulation processing in the under-glass rebate, reducing manual work and installation time. Combined with the new generation of Schüco AvanTec mechanical fittings, installation time has been significantly reduced.
